It is essential that the purchaser retains the purchase receipt for safe-keeping, should it be necessary to make a claim under the guarantee.
We recommend that on receiving your order, you should check the box for any damage or evidence of tampering. If it is necessary make a note of it on the delivery agency’s delivery slip.

All shipments made by MAT Guitars to destination outside Spain are sent via a delivery agency. The cost depends upon weight, volume and destination of each order.
The delivery agency will deliver your order to the address you have specified to us.
Shipped items are always insured against possible loss or damage.
