The American Performer Jazzmaster features Yosemite™ single-coil pickups, designed for rich, expressive tones. With flat, staggered pole pieces for increased output and a nitrocellulose lacquer coating that allows the coil to breathe while controlling feedback, Yosemite pickups deliver dynamic sounds perfect for any musical situation.
The American Performer Jazzmaster also incorporates Greasebucket™ tone circuits that shape treble frequencies without boosting bass, opening new sonic possibilities. The modern "C" shaped neck features a 9.5" radius fingerboard, comfortable for all playing styles, along with 22 jumbo frets for precise, effortless bending. As a finishing touch, the traditional Jazzmaster bridge and tailpiece have been replaced with a vintage-style six-screw synchronized tremolo bridge.
