As a consumer you have the right to exchange or return the purchased material within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. To exercise your right of return it is essential that you follow the following steps:
1. Fill in the following withdrawal form and click on the “send” button at the end of the document.
2. The material must be returned in the original packaging of the product, intact and covered by an outer packaging, with all its accessories and without any traces.
3. When the returned product is received at our warehouse, Matguitars reserves the right to assess the depreciation of its value under the following conditions:
- Missing or damaged original packaging: up to 20% depreciation.
- Visible signs of use or marks that cannot be removed (such as fingerprints or scuffs): between 20% and 50% depreciation.
- Products that, for hygiene reasons, must be sanitized before resale (such as headphones, in-ear monitors, ear protectors, or microphones): 50% depreciation.
- Missing accessories or components: between 20% and 60% depreciation.
4. There are some items that, as you will understand, once opened, cannot be returned, such as consumables such as drumsticks or patches, cables, software, etc.
5. Nor will the right of withdrawal apply in the case of customers who are not considered consumers and / or acting within a field of business or professional activity.
6. Voluntary returns of material or changes in orders within the legal period of 14 days from delivery can be made in two ways:
- You can send us the material by your means carriage paid and when we receive it and check that it is in perfect condition we will refund the amount by a voucher or by the method by which you paid the order, except if it was cash on delivery. Do not forget to always indicate the order number.
- Deliver the material to us personally in our store located in Polígono Pisa C/Balance nº54 in Mairena del Aljarafe, Sevilla.
7. In the event that the sale assigns some kind of “points” or benefit for future purchases, they will be canceled.
8. Items manufactured at the customer's request, such as custom guitars, basses, and any other materials expressly ordered from the manufacturer, may not be returned or cancelled from the moment they are ordered from the manufacturer, which is when the customer makes the payment. And, if applicable, the amounts paid on account as order confirmation will not be refunded.
Open seals
Mat Guitars we have our own quality system. For this reason, we open a percentage of the material that arrives to us. Therefore, if you see the packaging with the seals open, we guarantee that it is completely new and we offer you our full guarantee.
In case you do not want us to check the material before sending it, you just have to indicate it in the remarks when you place the order.
