Returns and exchanges

As a buyer, you have the right to return our products within 15 working days of their delivery.

In order to make this process easier, we offer our customers a returns Form accessed via the following link: Returns Form

Email this returns Form to [email protected] and we’ll get in touch with you once we receive it.

Before returning any equipment, you must:

* Check that everything is intact and in its original condition

* Make sure that you are returning the item in its original packaging.

* Know that some products are non-returnable once the packaging has been removed, such as books, DVDs, wires or whistles, etc....

Note that shipping expenses will be arranged at your cost.
