Turnaround and Pickup

Our service operates on a weekly cycle, meaning the typical turnaround time for repairs is around 7 days, depending on the day you drop off your instrument. The designated pickup day for your instrument will be every Thursday.

Estimate

Once we have assessed the repair, we will contact you with all the relevant details regarding the process and the final price.

Please Note

Repairs are not done immediately and cannot be carried out on-site at the store.

We always recommend bringing your instrument in a case. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transport if the instrument is not in a case.

What can you bring to us?

In addition to instruments, our workshop also accepts a wide range of musical electronics (amplifiers, keyboards, effect pedals, mixing consoles, microphones, professional audio equipment, etc.). If you encounter any issues with your gear, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
