Normally all orders with items in stock placed before 15.00 hours leave the same day, so in the following 24/48 hours from the departure of the order (working days, Saturday is not counted as a working day) you will have it at home, if you order it from mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal or Andorra.
There are occasions in which it is not possible to send it with this promptness, due to some suppliers delaying their delivery times, customers getting ahead of other customers by taking the last available unit, material running out of stock, etc. In these cases we will inform you immediately of the delivery time of your order.
In some cases, your order will be sent in two different shipments, because the material is shipped from different warehouses. This does not imply any additional cost for you.
Oversized Products and International Shipments
Some items, due to their weight or dimensions, are considered oversized products.
At TamTam Percussion, we classify as oversized any product that weighs more than 31 kg or that, due to its volume, requires special transport (for example, full drum kits, marimbas, vibraphones, large gongs, or multi-piece hardware sets).
For these oversized products with an international destination, the shipping cost cannot be calculated automatically during checkout. As a result, once you complete your order, the message “pending quotation” will appear.
Our logistics team will then contact you within 24–48 hours after the order is placed to provide the best available shipping rate.
Local taxes and customs duties are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery at the destination.
Free shipping
If your order total exceeds €169, we will ship it FREE OF CHARGE (available for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal).
For orders under €169, shipping costs will depend on the destination and the delivery method selected.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar
Shipping costs: Shipping to these destinations is always calculated manually after the order is placed. We will inform you of the amount before processing payment.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canary Islands: 7–12 business days from dispatch (approx.).
- Ceuta and Melilla: 5–7 business days from dispatch (approx.).
- Andorra and Gibraltar: 3–4 business days from dispatch (approx.).
Customs charges are not included in the shipping price.
Upon receiving your package, you will be required to pay the corresponding IGIC and DUA import fees.
All our prices include VAT. However, customers from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and Gibraltar benefit from VAT exemption. When you log in with a billing address in these regions, prices will automatically appear without VAT.
Payment methods are the same as for mainland Spain, except for cash on delivery, which is not available for these destinations.
