Yamaha FS5 Heritage Natural.
- Acoustic guitar from the FG Red Label series
- 'Concert' body style
- Solid Sitka spruce top (A.R.E.) and ebony fingerboard
- Includes gig bag
Featuring an exquisite mahogany and Sitka spruce top, these woods deliver a perfectly balanced tone. The vintage 60s aesthetic gives it an authentic look, complemented by a natural sound with excellent clarity and a superb playing feel. This guitar will make your notes shine and your chords resonate with richness and warmth.
Having undergone an Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (A.R.E.) process, this instrument offers the ideal amount of 'sustain' and the tonal characteristics of aged wood. Play like in your dreams thanks to its mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard. The guitar maintains the original FG headstock shape, adorned with the iconic fretboard logo. The traditional truss rod cover is engraved with the phrase “Since 1966” to commemorate the launch of Yamaha's first FG models.
A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) is a wood treatment technology originally developed by Yamaha. By precisely controlling temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, it manipulates the molecular properties of the wood to achieve acoustic qualities similar to those of well-played vintage instruments.
