The Hypersonic FR-12 is a full-range, flat-response powered speaker designed for use with today’s digital guitar amp modelers and profilers. The Hypersonic FR-12 delivers crisp, accurate sound reproduction, perfectly capturing every detail of amp and effects models. It’s the ideal companion for the Tone Master Pro and the perfect solution for musicians using modelers at home or on stage.
The Hypersonic FR-12 features a built-in 1000-watt power amplifier that provides the volume and dynamic headroom needed even for the most demanding live performances. The active 3-band EQ and high-frequency cut control allow musicians to fine-tune their live sound without altering the line output signal. Additionally, the FR series design was inspired by the modern EVH 5150 III amplifiers to achieve an authentic backline aesthetic. The EVH 5150 III FR-12 is available in textured black or ivory vinyl.
