The OBP-3 SK/PP is a three-band preamp with bass, mid, and treble boost and cut, offering a wide dynamic range, low distortion, and the ability to reproduce the full dynamic spectrum of your instrument. The OBP-3 provides multiple wiring options and can be connected with a push/pull pot or a mini toggle switch for mid-frequency selection. The OBP-3 SK/PP kit includes a stacked treble/bass pot and a separate mid pot.
The mid pot is push/pull for mid-frequency selection. The OBP-3 is Aguilar’s most flexible integrated preamp design, featuring +/-18 dB boost and cut at 40 Hz, +/-16 dB boost and cut at 400 Hz or 800 Hz, and +/-16 dB boost and cut of treble at 6.5 kHz.
