Experience the legendary analog tones of the original Univibe with modern features. The Uni-Verb is a modern twist on the classic Univibe. However, additional functions have been added to enhance the already impressive effect it delivers. The Uni-Verb recreates the classic sounds you would expect, but also includes vintage tank reverb for even more dripping effects.
- Classic Univibe tones with added reverb
- Legendary analog tones of the original Univibe with modern features
- A Spring Reverb control for even more dripping
- Separate controls for the chorus section (Chorus Mix and Intensity) allowing full control over the chorus's depth and rotation speed
- The reverb can be used as a standalone device, for example in an effects loop or after the Drive, while the Vibe is in front
- Reverb and Vibe/Chorus can be switched via pedal
- Operates internally at 24 volts (like the original), but powered with a standard 9-volt power supply
- Handmade in California, USA
The Uni-Verb runs at 24v like the original, but this is handled internally. It only requires a standard negative tip 9v power supply, making it much more convenient without worrying about conversion. The classic Univibe sounded better before the units and other effects, which is why we've incorporated a loop that allows you to separate the Vibe and Reverb. Both effects can operate together or separately.
Some features of the classic Univibe were somewhat basic, such as the lack of control over the effect's rotation speed. The Uni-Verb has two separate controls for the chorus section (Chorus Mix and Intensity), providing full control over the chorus's depth and speed. The intensity control also affects the vibrato, but the Chorus/Mix control does not. Both effects blend seamlessly into the output control, which offers a slightly higher volume than a vintage Univibe, and both effects will vibrate/stop faster and slower than the original.
