About Manuel Rodríguez Guitars
Manuel Rodríguez, also known as MR, is a renowned brand in the world of flamenco and classical guitars, known for crafting distinctive instruments suitable for the most prominent artists worldwide, not just flamenco performers. Each guitar is unique and individually crafted.
Manuel Rodríguez guitars boast a long history dating back to the early 20th century. The brand is descended from the flamenco guitarist Manuel Rodríguez Marequi and has a tradition of handcrafted guitar making that began in Madrid. Later, Manuel Rodríguez emigrated to Los Angeles, where he built guitars for American actors and artists. In 1973, the company returned to Spain to offer its instruments to the global market.
