About Standard Series
The Wolfgang Standard offers the same bold style and massive sound that Eddie Van Halen created, at an affordable price. It features many of the stunning characteristics of its “more expensive brothers,” with a alder body and a comfortable “cutaway” arm contour. Its roasted maple bolt-on neck with graphite reinforcement rods for increased stability, an oiled finish on the back of the neck, and a roasted maple or ebony fingerboard with a compound radius.
About EVH
The initials EVH immediately bring to mind flamboyant chords and solos from guitarist Edward Van Halen. Alongside Peavey, Eddie collaborated on the creation of his signature guitar, the EVH Wolfgang, named after his son. Soon after, in 2009, he launched his own signature line, which is still endorsed by Fender today.
