About the 5150 Deluxe Series
Designed for speed and comfort, it combines vintage and modern features. The 5150 features a modified Strat-style alder body with a deeper upper horn and a flame maple veneer top. The bolt-on, graphite-reinforced maple neck has a comfortable modified "C" profile. The 5150 series is equipped with a "hockey stick" tuning machine set and a compound-radius ebony fingerboard, built for smooth, fast playing.
About EVH
The initials EVH immediately evoke images of extravagant riffs and solos by guitarist Edward Van Halen. Alongside Peavey, Eddie collaborated on the creation of his signature guitar, the EVH Wolfgang, named after his son. In 2009, he launched his own signature series, which is still endorsed by Fender today.
