About Standard Series
The Wolfgang Standard features the same bold style and massive sound that Eddie Van Halen created, at an affordable price. It offers many of the stunning features of its “more expensive siblings,” with a basswood body and a comfortable forearm contour. Its bolt-on torrefied maple neck with graphite-reinforced truss rod provides greater stability, finished with an oil coating on the back, and a roasted maple or ebony fingerboard with a compound radius.
About EVH
The initials EVH immediately bring to mind the extravagant riffs and solos of guitarist Edward Van Halen. Alongside Peavey, Eddie collaborated on the design of his signature guitar, the EVH Wolfgang, named after his son. In 2009, he launched his own signature line, which continues to be endorsed by Fender today.
