Tested on stages around the world, the Wolfgang Special is a purebred music-making machine, designed with striking style, a massive sound, and high-speed playing capabilities. The Wolfgang Special features a lightweight alder body with a carved top and a sturdy bolt-on maple neck reinforced with graphite.
The neck is carved and laminated to Eddie Van Halen’s exact specifications, with a hand-sanded satin polyurethane finish on the back. Built for high performance, energetic riffs, and fiery solos, the ebony fingerboard with a 12"-16" compound radius has 22 jumbo frets and pearl dot inlays. String height adjustments are easier than ever thanks to a conveniently located radius wheel at the base of the neck.

About EVH
The initials EVH immediately evoke thoughts of Eddie Van Halen’s iconic riffs and solos. Alongside Peavey, Eddie collaborated on creating his signature guitar, the EVH Wolfgang, named after his son. In 2009, he launched his own signature line, which continues to be endorsed by Fender today.
