Khaya, also known as African mahogany, is used as a solid top and as the back and sides of this guitar. It was chosen for its unique sound characteristics: warm bass, prominent mids, and delicate treble. As a result, the three versions of the T98 (dreadnought, auditorium, and parlor) deliver a warm, deep sound that blues and roots music enthusiasts will enjoy, regardless of their playing style: fingerpicking, flatpicking, or soloing.

Inspired by the south of France, each guitar features iconic design elements such as the Occitan cross, elegant oval rosettes, and quarter-circle binding for unparalleled playability and visual appeal.
