Description

The P6 is a PJ-style bass model, born from Sire's latest innovation. Series 6 models focus on being lightweight (less than 3.6 kg in the 4-string version) and easy to play, while maintaining the distinctive features of Sire's best-selling models. With a high-end finish that highlights the natural grain of swamp ash through a sandblasted method, and upgraded components, the P6 preserves the classic jazz tones and the signature punch of Sire's PJ basses, now in a lighter format. It includes premium DR Dragon Skin+ bass strings.

A special combination of Marcus-exclusive humbucker and single-coil pickups allows for precise expression, from clear bass tones to jazz-style deep sounds.

P6 Series

This series offers a more refined and modern take on the classic Precision-style bass, blending visual elegance with technical enhancements tailored for today's bassist. Compared to the P5 series, the P6 features premium details such as more elaborate finishes, a construction with a solid ash top, and increased attention to aesthetic design, all while maintaining the firm, deep sound character of the Precision.

Targeted at musicians seeking an instrument with both tonal presence and visual impact, the P6 series stands out for its powerful sound, quality build, and versatile electronics. It's ideal for those looking for a P-style bass with a touch of sophistication and greater personality, without losing the essence of this iconic design.
