The LTD Series D basses have long been favorites among serious musicians who know you don't have to spend a fortune to get a high-quality, neck-through-body electric bass. Fully updated for 2020, the new Series D basses (the D-4 with 4 strings, the D-5 with 5 strings, and the D-6 with 6 strings) feature a 7-piece maple/jatoba neck mounted on a mahogany body with a luxurious quilted maple top in a Black Natural Burst Satin finish.
The Series D basses come equipped with passive SB-4, SB-5, or SB-6 pickups designed by ESP, delivering excellent sound, along with an active 3-band ABQ-3 EQ to sculpt your tone. They also include high-quality Grover tuners and LTD bridges.
