About Jackson Guitars
Jackson began in the late 1970s, during a flamboyant and virtuosic resurgence of heavy music. A small guitar repair shop in Southern California, run by Grover Jackson, answered the call with a new generation of high-performance custom guitars bearing Jackson’s name on the headstock. Since then, Jackson guitars have been universally acclaimed as the metal guitar of choice.
