The Vintera II '70s Competition Mustang features a alder body and a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard for a classic Fender tone full of strength and clarity.
The '70s-style "C" shape neck is based on a vintage profile from the early 70s for an intuitive and comfortable feel, while the 7.25" (184.1 mm) radius vintage tall fretboard provides vintage comfort with plenty of space for big stretches and expressive vibrato. Under the hood, the vintage-style single-coil pickups from the '70s deliver all the sweet, bright, warm, and woody tone that made Fender famous.
The vintage-style floating tremolo allows for string tensioning and loosening, while the "F" stamped tuning machines provide a classic look and improved tuning stability to complete the package.
