About Jackson Guitars
Jackson began in the late 1970s, during a flamboyant and virtuosic resurgence of heavy music. A small guitar repair shop in Southern California, run by Grover Jackson, answered the call with a new generation of high-performance custom guitars bearing the Jackson name on their headstocks. Since then, Jackson guitars have been universally acclaimed as metal guitars.
