The first major client of Jackson was the legendary guitarist Randy Rhoads, who asked us to create a model that met all the demands of his playing style, with many technical requirements and an impressive design. That initial guitar continues to evolve today to meet the needs of modern guitarists.

The Pro RR24 combines a single-layer okoume body and a three-piece maple and walnut neck that runs through the body, reinforced with two graphite rods to resist temperature and humidity changes. The fast neck profile is designed for lightning-fast playing, eliminating any obstacles to agile execution and providing easier access to the upper frets. Equipped with 24 stainless steel jumbo frets and shark tooth pearl inlays, the 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard is the perfect platform for heavy chords and quick, ripping solos.
