The SA-126 embodies innovation. It is a hybrid between a semi-hollow and a solid-body guitar: a solid body with a chamber/central block combined with a bolt-on neck, and equipped with features commonly associated with high-performance guitar brands, such as a slim neck, jumbo frets, and higher-output pickups. Designed by Wolfgang Van Halen, this instrument was created with versatility in mind, achieving the perfect balance between punchy rhythm sounds and fast solos.

About EVH.
The initials EVH immediately bring to mind the extravagant chords and solos of guitarist Edward Van Halen. Alongside Peavey, Eddie collaborated in creating his guitar, the EVH Wolfgang, named after his son. Shortly after, in 2009, he launched his own signature model, which is still endorsed by Fender today.
