The Starcaster broke the mold of semi-hollow body guitar designs with its offset body shape when it was introduced in the 1970s, offering a versatile sound and an otherworldly style for the most adventurous players. The Starcaster Deluxe Series Affinity features several easy-to-play refinements, such as a lightweight semi-hollow body, a slim and comfortable "C" shape neck with the familiar Stratocaster-style tuning machines, an adjustable bridge with a top-loading tailpiece for solid tuning stability, and sealed die-cast tuners with split shafts for precise tuning and easy string changes.
Equipped with two Squier single-coil pickups and a 3-position selector switch to deliver a wide range of tones that challenge musical genres, this model is ready to accompany any musician at any stage of their musical journey.
