The Starcaster broke the mold of semi-hollow guitar design with its offset body shape when it was introduced in the 1970s, delivering a versatile sound and a style that’s out of this world for the most adventurous guitarists. The Starcaster Deluxe Series Affinity features several easy-to-play refinements, such as a lightweight semi-hollow body, a slim and comfortable "C" shaped neck with the familiar Stratocaster-style tuning machines, an adjustable bridge with a top-loading tailpiece for solid tuning stability, and sealed die-cast tuning machines with split shafts for precise tuning and easy string changes.
Equipped with two Squier single-coil pickups and a 3-way pickup selector switch to offer a wide range of tones that challenge musical genres, this model is ready to accompany any musician at any stage of their musical journey.
