The Super 2 takes the classic Super Distortion tone and shifts the EQ to favor the treble, resulting in a brighter top end and a narrower bottom to balance the typical darker neck position sound. The Super 2 is perfect for cleaning up the overdrive of a dual-humbucker guitar with a 24¾’’ scale length filled with mud or for adding punch to a 25½’’ scale bolt-on guitar with a dark tone. It works very well in either the bridge or neck position.
