With an optimized acoustic design, a discrete Class A circuit, and a transformerless output, it delivers clear, natural sound quality across all frequencies, without harsh sibilance or lack of low-end punch. The discrete electronics and switchable attenuation ensure a high dynamic range, capable of handling high sound pressure levels (SPL) and featuring extremely low noise components. The switchable high-pass filter helps eliminate hum or footstep noise and can also compensate for excessive bass frequencies caused by proximity effect. This allows the sE7 to adapt to capturing many instruments, including electric guitar cabinets, brass instruments, and all types of drums.
