The Classic Vibe Active ’70s Jazz Bass draws inspiration from the legendary basses that defined the funky tones of the 70s, adding a built-in preamp for the perfect blend of vintage style and modern performance. This Squier® rhythm machine is powered by a pair of Fender Designed alnico Noiseless J Bass pickups for a punchy, noise-free signal. The 9-volt preamp offers volume, pickup blend, treble and bass boost, a switch to toggle between active and passive modes, and full tone control. Additional features include a HiMass™ bridge for optimal resonance, a striking binding and block inlays on the fingerboard, sophisticated nickel hardware, and a sleek gloss finish on the neck with vintage tint for a classic sound.
