The LTD Black Metal series features guitars that are built to the same high standards as our LTD Deluxe “1000 Series,” but with a dark, menacing design finished entirely in black, including components and hardware. They are equipped with a single premium-quality pickup, Macassar ebony fretboards without inlays, glow-in-the-dark side markers, and even a new black LTD logo on the headstock.
The EC-Black Metal is based on the popular ESP Eclipse single-cut design. It offers a set-thru construction for smooth access to the upper frets with a 24.75" scale length. The Seymour Duncan “Blackened” Black Winter pickup is mounted directly into the body, and it includes locking LTD tuning machines.
