Description

The Ampeg VB-88 Cover is specifically designed to protect the Ampeg Venture VB-88 bass cabinet during transport and storage. Its durable, padded construction helps safeguard the enclosure against dust, scratches, and minor impacts from regular use.

Thanks to its tailored fit for the VB-88, it is especially convenient for musicians who frequently move this cabinet between rehearsals, studio sessions, and live performances, helping to preserve both the exterior finish and the cabinet itself. Ampeg offers this cover as an official accessory for the Venture series.

About Ampeg Amplification

The Ampeg brand was founded with the goal of meeting the amplification needs of bassists at the time, aiming to match the emerging electric guitar sound.

As Rock 'n' Roll exploded in popularity, their small tube combo amps evolved into larger units suitable for big stages and larger audiences. Interestingly, they were pioneers in incorporating reverb into guitar amplifiers, predating Fender's famous Vibroverb.
