The poplar burl top features an exotic wood grain, while the Nyatoh body delivers rich mid-low frequencies.

The Q58 pickups are specifically designed for headless guitars. They deliver a clearly defined sound, providing excellent tonal balance across all frequencies. The lows are powerful without being muddy, and the highs are bright and clear without harshness. As a result, every note within a chord structure is well-defined and easily heard. These pickups, with their tonal balance and extremely low noise performance, work very well with both digital and analog effects.

This custom string lock is a single-piece unit featuring a very simple construction. This means the hardware requires less maintenance, is highly durable, and makes string changes very easy. Additionally, no proprietary strings are needed, so you can continue using your preferred gauge and brand.

The body features a series of strategically placed contours on both the top and back of the instrument. This complex yet sophisticated design provides maximum playing comfort.

The dyna-MIX 10 offers ten tonal variations and allows easy switching between humbucker and single-coil modes via the mini switch. The Power Tap mode provides a realistic single-coil sound despite its two-humbucker pickup configuration.

These include custom-designed Q58 humbuckers and R1 single-coil pickups, a new Mono-Tune bridge, and a patented custom string lock mechanism. The QX subseries is also equipped with innovative 8-degree inward-angled frets, uniquely adapting its ergonomics to benefit highly technical players.
About Ibanez
Ibanez is a guitar and bass manufacturer based in Japan. The name comes from the Spanish luthier Salvador Ibañez, whose excellent guitars were distributed in Japan by Hoshino Gakki. The 1929 recession affected the company, which closed in 1933. The Japanese market was left underserved, so in 1935 the importer decided to start manufacturing Spanish guitars independently, distributing them under the name "Ibanez Salvador." Later, the name was shortened to "Ibanez."
