The TSA2 creates a controllable feedback loop, allowing your pedals to work on themselves by feeding the output back into the input as much or as little as desired.

The TSA2 operates on a simple premise: what if effects pedals connected to themselves? What does it sound like when a filter is multiplied by infinity? Or if its modulator were modulating its own modulations? Experience true sonic exploration: each unique pedal setup will produce a vast world of textures and possibilities.
Controls:
- Feedback: The large knob. This controls the amount of SEND (external effect input) fed back into RECEIVE (external effect output). This creates feedback within the circuit to generate new effects and wild, experimental results. The more you turn this knob, the more intense and explosive the effects become. The ACTIVE BOOST is also part of this loop and (if activated) will be forced to self-oscillate to create its own wild and interesting sounds if nothing is connected to the loop.
- ON: When in the ON position, this toggle switch activates the ACTIVE BOOST circuit.
- PHASE: Inverts the effect loop phase, only when ACTIVE BOOST is activated.
- GAIN: Controls the gain level of the ACTIVE BOOST circuit.
- LIMIT: Limits the overall output volume of the pedal when ACTIVE BOOST is activated.
- STOMP SWITCH: Bypasses the effect.
NOTE: When the TSA2 is turned off, it is bypassed, but all pedals in the loop remain part of the signal chain. Any effect in the loop functions as usual.
Connections:
- INPUT: Connect your instrument here.
- OUTPUT: The output of Total Sonic Annihilation 2 is here. Connect it to your amplifier.
- SEND: Connect it to the input of the effect (or effects chain) you'd like to control and distort. If left disconnected, it internally connects to the receive connector.
- RECEIVE: Connected to the output of effects in the feedback loop. 9V: Connect a 9V center-negative power supply here. When plugged in, it bypasses the internal battery.
