Strymon El Capistan V2

The new El Capistan now features a USB-C port for firmware updates and a robust MIDI implementation that allows for MIDI clock synchronization, storage of up to 300 presets, and bidirectional MIDI communication via the TRS MIDI jack; a new high-quality JFET input circuit, with stereo inputs/outputs and its corresponding rear panel selector, guarantees maximum tonal response and tactile feel. Meanwhile, the new high-performance ARM processor delivers incredible processing power while consuming less energy than previous versions.

The user interface has been redesigned for easier, more precise, and more in-depth adjustment of the most important parameters. A dedicated, fully independent spring reverb level control has been added, which is more powerful than it might seem at first glance. This effect was redesigned in the original El Capistan and was hidden in secondary functions, but it is now a key part of the pedal’s operation, offering a wide range of new sounds previously unavailable!
