The Blue Note gives you a very lush blues overdrive sensation and can achieve more gain than a typical tube screamer (it's not another TS clone, just a reference). With the "Hot" switch engaged, the pedal offers a variety of tones. The "Hot" switch adds more gain, more volume, and enhances the mid-bass frequencies for a thick, juicy sound.
