Celebrating the 40th anniversary of its compact pedals, BOSS has teamed up with JHS Pedals for a historic creative collaboration between two industry leaders. Built into the classic compact design of BOSS, the JB-2 Angry Driver combines the tones of the legendary BOSS BD-2 Blues Driver and the Angry Charlie from JHS Pedals. The two pedal innovators have worked closely together to develop a completely new combined circuit, delivering refined sound and dual-mode gain operation tuned to perfection.

• New overdrive pedal with extensive tonal range, created jointly by BOSS and JHS Pedals
• Mixes the voices of the BD-2 Blues Driver from BOSS and the Angry Charlie from JHS Pedals
• Two concentric dual knobs offering independent control of gain, tone, and level for each saturation type
• Six-position mode switch to select saturation types, with two series connections for stacking or a parallel connection for unique, special sounds
• Includes a mode to toggle between BOSS and JHS saturations via the built-in footswitch
• Remote switching jack to control pedal modes and bypass from an optional footswitch or effects switching system
