JHS Morning Glory V.4

There’s a lot of advertising these days around overdrive pedals, and the last thing we want is to add to this pollution by creating more “noise.”

It’s well known that most boutique overdrive companies’ designs on the market include some form of modified Tubescreamer (we’ve done it ourselves), but the time has come to take a different approach—and we’ve achieved it.

The Morning Glory is a tool that delivers a truly crystal-clear tone; you can discover new worlds through its perspective. It’s the result of several years of building, tweaking, and refining the original Marshall Bluesbreaker design. We’ve greatly improved on the Bluesbreaker while preserving what made it a great pedal in the first place. Now it has 5 times the headroom, 2 times more gain, and a more useful tone control.

The new “Bright Cut” toggle provides the perfect EQ level for your rig. You’ll immediately notice this pedal’s touch sensitivity and dynamic response. The frequencies are perfectly balanced, and the tone control acts like a high-frequency roll-off.

This drive offers a wide range of tones from “little wing-ish” to classic rock era sounds. If you have a Strat, this pedal will deliver tones you thought impossible. And if you have a Les Paul, get ready to discover a whole new variety of sounds you won’t want to live without. There’s also the red remote option to switch gain from your foot.
