About Black Mountain
The Black Mountain thumb pick was invented by Cole McBride, a full-time guitar instructor.
He was searching for the perfect pick for his students and himself. After trying hundreds of different picks, he realized there was room for innovation and set out to create a new type of thumb pick.
He spent a lot of time experimenting with various designs, and then he had the idea to add a spring.
