The Soloist SLXM DX from the X Series is a renowned double-cutaway guitar that offers many of the excellent features sought after by today's guitarists.
The SLXM DX features an ergonomically contoured alder body, a maple neck with a beveled joint, and graphite reinforcement for exceptional stability. With 24 jumbo frets and black sharkfin inlays, its maple fingerboard with a 12"-16" compound radius curves more dramatically at the nut to facilitate chords and flattens out near the neck joint for low-action bending without fret buzz. The Duncan Designed alnico HB-103N humbucker pickups at the neck and the high-output ceramic HB-103B humbuckers at the bridge drive this metal beast with expansive sound, offering a crunchy, full-bodied tone, perfect for powerful solos or heavy rhythms.
The tone is fully customizable with a three-way pickup switch and individual volume and tone controls, while a Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo bridge provides superior string stability and dynamic tremolo action.

About Jackson Guitars
Jackson began in the late 1970s, during a resurgence of extravagant and virtuosic heavy music popularity. A small guitar repair shop in Southern California, operated by Grover Jackson, responded to the call with a new generation of high-performance custom guitars bearing Jackson’s name on the headstock. Since then, Jackson guitars have been universally acclaimed as metal guitars.
