The instrument features an alder body in a Dinky style with sharper upper edge radii and an eye-catching tiger stripe finish. Of particular interest are the two Fishman Fluence Classic humbucking pickups with black/purple bobbins, which share a single dual-action volume control with a special push/pull tone activation. Using this control, the neck pickup PRF-CHB offers a vintage PAF humbucking neck tone, ideal but hard to achieve, with the right dynamics and output (tone one), or an exclusive Fluence neck tone with a clear, airy timbre and an unreal high end, very vocal mids, and adjusted bass (tone two). Similarly, the bridge pickup PRF-CHB delivers an ideal vintage PAF humbucking tone calibrated for perfect output (tone one), or a hot-rodded humbucking bridge tone par excellence (tone two).

Dinky Model
Originally a design by Jackson, the origins of the Dinky date back to the early 1990s when guitarists sought an instrument that offered the speed and high performance of Jackson, but with Charvel's bolt-on neck construction for a more agile tone. Named after its slightly smaller body size, the Dinky was an innovative breakthrough and an immediate success, and it has thrived ever since. Its smaller design with deep curves allows for flawless technical playing, while the lighter weight of the Dinky enables hours of comfortable playing without shoulder fatigue.
