The LTD 400 series is designed with the professional musician in mind, whether for performance or recording, yet it’s available at a price accessible to casual players as well. The M-400 offers a rugged, well-built machine with the classic ultra-slim flat neck profile in the style of M.
Available in this striking Black Satin finish, as well as a passive pickup version with a mahogany top in the M-400M, its mahogany body and fast three-piece maple neck are built with a 25.5" scale length, featuring 24 extra-jumbo frets on a Macassar ebony fingerboard.
Like the rest of the M Series, simplicity is key with the M-400, featuring a single volume control and a switch to select between its world-class active EMG 85/81 pickups. The M-400M also includes Grover tuners and a Floyd Rose bridge.
