Offering the best of both worlds, the AZ-N’s digitally compounded radius fretboard is designed to enhance smooth chord work and lead playing in the upper register.

The dyna-MIX 9 offers nine tonal variations and can switch between humbucker and single-coil modes with just the flick of a mini toggle switch. One mode even simulates a humbucker sound by combining two single-coil pickups.

The Seymour Duncan Fortuna pickups have moderate output and a clean, natural tone that accurately captures subtle playing nuances. From highs to lows, the overall tonal balance is smooth and works well with various effects pedals.

About S-Tech
The special S-TECH roasting treatment increases wood stability, durability, water resistance, and tolerance to temperature changes. The neck is sealed with an oil finish that helps it feel like a well-played guitar neck.
This treatment delivers a sharper attack and a well-balanced tone with rich sustain. For maximum neck grip comfort, the fretboard edges are rounded.
About Ibanez
Ibanez is a guitar and bass manufacturer based in Japan. The name comes from the Spanish luthier Salvador Ibañez, whose excellent guitars were distributed in Japan by Hoshino Gakki. The 1929 recession affected the company, which closed in 1933. With the Japanese market left without supply, the importer decided in 1935 to start making Spanish guitars on its own and marketed them under the name "Ibanez Salvador." The name was later shortened to "Ibanez."
