Korg Pitchblack X Pro

The new Pitchblack X Series tuners offer exclusive selection between our newly developed ULTRA BUFFER (which eliminates signal degradation in bypass mode) or a TRUE BYPASS mode. Most electric guitars use passive pickups with high-impedance output. When using a cable, tone loss occurs, typically affecting the high frequencies after about 6 meters (roughly 18 feet), and this problem worsens with longer cables. A buffer boosts the signal in long cables to prevent tone loss, maintaining a clear and pure sound even when the pedal is turned off.

The ULTRA BUFFER enhances sound quality in bypass mode, so you can maintain audio integrity even when using a long cable to connect to the tuner or when inserting the tuner into a complex effects chain. The LED meter also offers bright mode adjustments for better visibility. In addition to the larger display, more measurement LEDs have been added for increased visibility. The brightness mode can be set to one of two levels, ensuring you can clearly see the tuner display even in challenging lighting conditions, such as brightly lit stages or outdoor environments.
