JHS Pedals is proud to introduce the Whitey Tighty compressor, our take on the classic effect that no one knows is engaged, but when it isn’t, it makes you feel like you’ve just pulled down your pants. The Whitey Tighty is extremely simple and unobtrusive. Measuring just 2.5 x 7.6 cm, it saves so much space on your pedalboard that you can easily add it to your effects collection. With the ability to combine compression and clean signal, you can achieve the perfect tone that keeps everything in place. The Whitey Tighty is a FET compressor with three straightforward controls: Volume, Compression, and Mix. The Volume control allows you to adjust the gain with unity or slightly increased to compensate for any perceived loss from compression. The Compression control manages the amount of compression, suitable for everything from subtle tone smoothing to crushing squash, ideal for country, blues, pop, and rock. Use the Mix control to blend the right amount of clean tone with your compressed signal. This preserves some of the natural feel of your clean tone while delivering studio-quality compression that elevates your sound. - Mini Compressor - Analog Operation - FET Circuit Design - Parallel Operation allows dry and compressed signals to be mixed - Ranges from subtle tonal smoothing to crushing compression - True Bypass - Controls for Volume, Compression, and Mix - Footswitch for Bypass - Status LED - Metal Housing - 6.3 mm mono jack input and output - Powered by a 9V DC power supply - Not battery operated - Power consumption under 100 mA - Dimensions: 47 x 95 x 35 mm - Weight: 150 g - Made in the USA **About JHS Pedals** JHS was founded in 2007 by Joshua Heath Scott, who used his initials for branding. Over time, Josh has built a passionate team, positioning JHS as a leading name in guitar effects worldwide.
