Description

The D-X1E acoustic-electric features the iconic Dreadnought body shape, now available in two attractive high-pressure laminate (HPL) patterns: koa or mahogany. Both the top, sides, and back are made of HPL, providing durability and a classic Martin style. Enhancements to the feel include a thinner, smoothly beveled fingerboard edge, refined string spacing, and a modernized bridge contour for a smooth, comfortable playing experience.

Its characteristic size delivers a loud, projection-rich sound with powerful bass, making it suitable for any genre and skill level. The D-X1E also features satin tuners and Martin's E-1 electronics, which include a built-in chromatic tuner and controls for volume, tone, and phase, allowing you to plug in and play at any volume. All models in the X Series come with a soft gig bag.
