Its A.I.R.port system directs part of the sound towards the player to enhance monitoring during performance. Our Opinion
One of the features we like most about the AAD77M1E is that Ibanez hasn't just made a conventional dreadnought. The Grand Dreadnought body, solid Sitka spruce top, and flame maple back and sides aim for a big, defined sound, while the A.I.R.port allows for better sound monitoring from the player's position.
We also find it especially well-equipped for live performances. The preamp with tuner and simple EQ is easy to operate, and having both 1/4" and balanced XLR outputs offers more connection options than typical acoustics in this price range. An excellent choice for those seeking an electro-acoustic with strong projection, unique aesthetics, and practical stage features.
