Our Opinion
The AAD70CE stands out as a particularly interesting acoustic for those seeking a powerful unplugged instrument that is also well-equipped for live performance. The Grand Dreadnought body offers more volume and presence than a conventional dreadnought, while the deep cutaway makes it much easier to access the upper frets.
It also features very practical electronics for stage use. The AEQ-TP2 preamp is easy to operate, and the option to connect via both Jack and balanced XLR allows for direct connection to a mixer or PA system without hassle. An excellent choice for accompaniment, live performances, and musicians looking for a modern acoustic with plenty of projection.
