Seth Lover Model. One of the most classic pickups. Ultra vintage. Pure PAF tone.
The most sought-after by jazz players, blues enthusiasts, country-rockers...
Designed jointly by Seymour and Seth Lover, the inventor of the PAF.
Like the original '55 PAF, the SH-55 features a nickel and silver cover, just like its base, plastic bobbin, flat wire, AlNiCo 2 bars, wooden separator, and black paper tape.
And like the original, it is also unwound, giving that iconic PAF microphone-like tone. Typically used in set with the bridge and neck positions, but also recommended with the SH-11 Custom Custom in the bridge for more powerful responses.
Perfect for instruments with especially bright tones.
Neck position. Gold and with 2 wires.
