This mid-sized orchestra-shaped acoustic guitar is equally suitable for strumming and fingerpicking, producing a sweet and balanced tone. The perfect choice for the versatile musician, the OM-140CE features a solid Sitka spruce top, solid African mahogany sides and back, and an elegant cutaway for easy access to higher frets.

The Guild/Fishman GT-1 hidden pickup system gives this guitar a perfectly amplified boost for performances and live shows. Other premium features include a bone nut and saddle, and an mother-of-pearl rosette. This model also features a 1¾” nut width on a vintage-shaped Guild neck, an iconic Chesterfield tuner head emblem reminiscent of 60s Guilds, a tortoiseshell pickguard from the era, and the new Guild premium acoustic gig bag.

About the Westerly Collection

About Mahogany

Mahogany in a guitar neck provides tonal stability and slightly compresses the attack of the treble frequencies, adding warmth and body. It is a common choice in LP-style guitars and many acoustics.
