The GPC-X2E electro-acoustic features a hand-polished satin wood top and an attractive high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides with patterns, cocobolo with a spruce top or ziricote with a sapele top, for enhanced durability and aesthetics without sacrificing Martin’s classic tone. Playability improvements include a slimmer fingerboard with a slightly beveled edge and refined string spacing, along with a modernized bridge for a smooth, comfortable playing experience.
Its Grand Performance size delivers a projecting, balanced sound with improved bass response, and a cutaway that facilitates access to the higher frets. The GPC-X2E also boasts an elegant abalone-patterned rosette, a neck, fingerboard, and bridge made from select hardwood, and Martin E-1 electronics with a built-in chromatic tuner and volume, tone, and phase controls, allowing you to plug in and play at any volume.
