The Ibanez SR1325SB is a 5-string electric bass from the SR Premium series that combines the ergonomic and fast-playing features of the Soundgear line with high-quality components and highly versatile electronics. Its African mahogany body features a sanded ash top, giving it a distinctive aesthetic, while the Atlas-5 neck, constructed from five pieces of Panga Panga and purpleheart, reinforced with KTS titanium rods, provides stability, sustain, and precise response.

It is equipped with two passive Nordstrand Big Break split-coil pickups in soapbar format, capable of delivering a powerful, full-bodied sound without sacrificing clarity. The Ibanez Custom 3-band electronics include a mid-frequency selector and an EQ bypass switch, allowing the instrument to operate in active or passive mode.
