About the Iceman Series
The Ibanez Iceman is one of the brand's most distinctive silhouettes, recognizable by its asymmetric body and bold aesthetic. Introduced in the late 1970s, it has become closely associated with rock and hard rock, featuring a design that sets it apart from traditional shapes.
This series is tailored for guitarists seeking a guitar with its own character, stage presence, and a powerful sound without sacrificing comfort.
About IBANEZ
Ibanez is a guitar and bass manufacturer based in Japan. Its name is derived from the Spanish luthier Salvador Ibáñez, whose excellent guitars were distributed in Japan by Hoshino Gakki. The 1929 recession affected the company, leading to its closure in 1933. The Japanese market was left underserved, so in 1935, the importer began manufacturing Spanish guitars under the name "Ibanez Salvador," which later became simply "Ibanez."
